Position Summary
We are seeking a meticulous and service-oriented Room Attendant to join our housekeeping team. The ideal candidate takes pride in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation, ensuring our guest rooms and public areas reflect the sophistication and quality of our brand.

Main tasks and responsibilities

Clean and service guest rooms, suites, and assigned public areas to the highest luxury standards
Change bed linens, replenish amenities, and ensure all room features are in excellent condition
Pay close attention to detail, ensuring rooms are spotless, well-organized, and inviting
Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns promptly
Respect guest privacy and adhere to all hotel policies and procedures
Respond to guest requests in a professional and timely manner

Educational and skill requirements

Previous experience in housekeeping, preferably in a luxury hotel or boutique environment
Strong attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Good communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
Physically able to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
