We’re building a powerhouse Security Team and are currently recruiting for the following roles:
- Security Manager
- Security Supervisor
- Security Agent
Role assignment will depend on your experience, leadership background, and operational needs.
🎯 Your Mission
Maintain a safe, secure, and seamless environment where guests can relax, celebrate, and experience Hard Rock without interruption.
📌 What You’ll Do
- Monitor and safeguard hotel premises, guests, and team members
- Lead and coordinate security operations (Manager & Supervisor roles)
- Handle incidents with professionalism, discretion, and control
- Conduct patrols and ensure compliance with safety procedures
- Prepare clear and accurate incident reports
- Work closely with operational departments to ensure smooth event and daily operations
- Act as a visible presence of authority and reassurance throughout the property
- Uphold Hard Rock’s standards while maintaining a calm and approachable demeanour.
💡 What We’re Looking For
- Valid Maltese Security Licence (mandatory)
- Previous experience in hospitality, corporate, or large-scale security environments
- Leadership experience for Manager and Supervisor positions
- Strong judgment, situational awareness, and decision-making skills
- Professional communication skills and confidence under pressure
- Flexibility to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
- A disciplined, reliable professional with the right balance of authority and approachability
