Synergy Ltd, as part of the restyling and strengthening of the team at Portomaso Casino, is looking for experienced professionals to join its staff.

  • Previous experience in high-volume kitchens.
  • Strong HACCP knowledge.
  • Able to supervise kitchen operations and maintain high food quality and hygiene standards.
  • Must ensure that the chef’s workstation is always clean and organised.
Educational and skill requirements
  • Must have all documentation required to work legally in Malta. 
  • Valid identification and all documents necessary for employment. 
  • Relevant certifications and permits where applicable.
