Staff Canteen Chef (Head Chef)

Synergy Ltd, as part of the restyling and strengthening of the team at Portomaso Casino, is looking for experienced professionals to join its staff.

• Proven experience managing a large staff canteen.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP food safety regulations.
• Responsible for preparing approximately 500 meals per day, with production expected to increase by an additional 200 meals per day by the end of the year.
• Weekly menu planning, with menus prepared one week in advance.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
