Store Crew/Team Member
Store Crew members are multi-skilled team players responsible for delivering excellent customer service while supporting all in-store operations, including product preparation, replenishment, and cleanliness.
Main tasks and responsibilities
- Serve customers and handle cashier duties
- Prepare desserts and beverages (chimney cakes, waffles, ice cream, etc.)
- Prepare and refill mixes and ingredients as needed
- Refill and merchandise products according to brand standards
- Maintain cleanliness of the store and equipment
- Support opening and closing procedures
- Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines
- Assist the Store Manager with daily operational tasks
Educational and skill requirements
- Previous experience in retail or food service is a plus
- Friendly, customer-oriented attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to perform multiple tasks
- Team player with a positive mindset
- Flexible availability (including weekends)
