About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Travel Manager to oversee all travel and logistics operations across the group. This role requires a mix of technical travel expertise, financial accuracy, and people leadership. You will supervise the daily operations, manage travel processes end-to-end, drive service excellence, and support continuous improvement across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Operations
- Lead daily travel operations and ensure service-level targets
- Supervise and mentor the team
Travel Management
- Manage reservations, ticketing, hotel and chauffeur bookings
- Handle rebookings, amendments, and issue resolution
- Oversee invoicing, refunds, credit notes, and outstanding items
- Ensure compliance with airline rules, fare structures, visa requirements, and IATA regulations
- Act as the Amadeus/GDS point of reference
Financial & Reporting
- Coordinate billing, expenses, and supplier payments
- Prepare accurate IATA, Amadeus, and SAP reports
- Support budgeting and variance analysis for travel spend
Client & Stakeholder Relations
- Liaise with airlines, hotels, and suppliers to negotiate competitive rates
- Communicate travel solutions clearly to internal and external stakeholders
Compliance & Improvement
- Ensure adherence to travel policies and legal requirements
- Identify process improvements and cost-saving opportunities
- Participate in cross-functional logistics, reporting, and training projects
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years in travel operations (ideally, in a senior or supervisory role)
- Proven leadership capability
- Strong proficiency with Amadeus GDS
- Valid IATA certification required
- Strong knowledge of invoicing, refunds, credit notes, and supplier management
- Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic or other languages considered an asset
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
