Bartender

Olea flavours of the Mediterranean restaurant situated in the Salini Resort Hotel, St. Paul’s Bay, Malta is currently seeking to employ a bartender to work in their team on a full-time basis.

The following attributes and characteristics are necessary for the post:

· Previous experience in a similar post;

· Have a passion for food and drink;

· Be proficient in English;

· Be familiar with Micros Operational P.O.S system;

· Possess a valid work permit to work in Malta and hold a clean police conduct.

An experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager will guide and support the team in the running of this restaurant.

Certification from the I.T.S. or a similar catering school and/or experience commensurate with the post applied for will be considered an asset. All applicants should have a clean Police conduct and non – EU nationals a valid work permit. Only applicants already living in Malta will be considered.
