Bartender

Position: Bartender
Location: Malta / Gozo
Employment Type: Full-Time

Founded in 2022, Europe Fastflow Services Ltd. is a Temping / Outsourcing agency located in the Maltese Islands.

We are inviting applicants for Full Time employment for a Bartender role.

We are looking for a friendly and skilled Bartender to run our bar and provide exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will uphold service and quality standards, prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, maintain a clean and organized bar area, and ensure guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean tables, bar, and counter.
• Clean and maintain bar and serving room utensilsWash/rinse glasses
• Decorate rooms and bar - put them in order
• Prepare drinks and serve to customers at the counter/bar, in their room or on the terrace
• Receive payment for refreshments
• Bring chosen wine to temperature, decant, and choose the appropriate glass. Serve customers.
• Receive goods/products and store (beer barrels, bottle racks)
• Receive customer and take orders for drinks
• Create cocktail recipes with or without alcohol
• Mix cocktails on customer's demand
• Check the cash register at the beginning of the working day.
• Count contents of cashregister at closing time

Requirements:

• Minimum 12 months bartending experience with knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks.
• Skills Pass and Food Handling Certificate required.
• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Ability to anticipate customer needs and multitask efficiently.
• Strong communication skills and friendly demeanor.
• Proven reliability, diligence, and attention to detail.
• Flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean.
• Effectively interact with guests, management, and colleagues.
