We are newly open cozy eatery in a heart of Attard in central Malta. We are offering wide range of Mediterranean style dishes based on traditional recipes with a modern touch. Our aim is to create a cozy friendly environment where you can just pop by and enjoy your favorite dishes.
Chef De Partie
We're looking for someone enthusiastic and good at cooking to join our team as a Chef de Partie. You'll work closely with our Head Chef and kitchen team to help make our diverse menu offerings.
At Tereza, we're known for our tasty pizzas, pasta, and grilled foods.
Main tasks and responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items by established recipes and standards
- Assist in the management of food inventory and ordering
- Ensure that food safety and sanitation standards are strictly adhered to
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new dishes and menu items
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Educational and skill requirements
- Minimum 1-year experience
- Must have Food Handling Certificate
