Chef de Partie (Breakfast)


As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and delivery of high-quality breakfast offerings. You will manage a designated section of the kitchen, ensuring that all dishes meet the hotel’s standards for quality, presentation, and hygiene.

In this role, you will coordinate with other kitchen staff to ensure a smooth and efficient breakfast service, working in a fast-paced environment. Strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a passion for culinary excellence are key to succeeding in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook breakfast dishes to the excellent standards.

  • Ensure the kitchen area is clean, organized, and complies with health and safety regulations.

  • Assist in the development and planning of breakfast menus and specials.

  • Supervise junior kitchen staff, providing guidance and training as needed.

  • Ensure all breakfast items are prepared in a timely manner, meeting guest expectations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role, ideally in breakfast or a high-volume kitchen.

  • Strong knowledge of food preparation and kitchen management.

  • Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment.

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

  • Passion for food quality, innovation, and guest satisfaction.
