Role Overview
Our Client is seeking an experienced and motivated Commercial Manager to oversee the planning and execution of key commercial initiatives. The chosen individual will lead projects and campaigns from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and contributing to an engaging player experience while achieving commercial growth targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management: Oversee commercial initiatives and campaigns from initial concept through to delivery, ensuring timelines and objectives are met.
- Strategic Coordination: Ensure all commercial and promotional activities align with wider marketing and brand strategies.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing and Product teams to maintain consistency and synergy across all activities.
- Performance Analysis: Evaluate the effectiveness of projects and campaigns using data-driven insights to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Launch Support: Lead the commercial side of brand launches and market rollouts, ensuring all deliverables are achieved and post-launch performance is reviewed.
Qualifications, Skills, and Attributes
- Education: A degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Between two to five years’ experience in commercial management, product coordination, or campaign execution, ideally within the iGaming or online consumer sector.
- Language Skills: Excellent command of English is required to succeed in this role.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Interpersonal Skills: Skilled in building productive relationships with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Technical Skills: Confident in analysing campaign performance metrics and interpreting data to inform business decisions.
- Organisation: Exceptional attention to detail, able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines efficiently.
- Self-Motivated: Energetic, adaptable, and proactive, with a passion for continuous improvement.
- Problem-Solving: Analytical thinker capable of developing practical solutions that support business goals.
