Drive Thru Supervisor

As a Drive Thru Supervisor it is important to coordinate & report to The Overall Floor Operations Supervisors.

Main tasks and responsibilities
  • Very important to comply with all health/safety regulations and procedures;

  • Ensure compliance with set quality standards;

  • Supervise the duties of staff Internal and External and all sections concerned that they follow their tasks and internal customer service standards.
     
  • They also collaborate with management, executive production manager & chefs to design and plan the menus for food/beverage facilities.

  • Perform their roles oversee the selling/upselling.
     
  • Make sure that staff are well trained on knowing what they are selling both for the food, desert and drinks menu.

  • Must watch tentatively the cleanliness of Staff and also Restaurant indoors & outdoors and bathrooms.
     
  • Must meet targets established by the management.

  • Must schedule and designate work tasks to food and beverage staff to ensure operational efficiency.
     
  • Must oversee the purchase and procurement of all necessary food stock and drinks items.

  • They also maintain accurate inventory of all food items and stock to ensure availability of required materials and always communicate with store keeper where necessary.
     
  • Must communicate with clients to identify their needs and facilitate processes to meet their requirements through questioners, feedback processes.

  • Important to maintain contact with clients to obtain feedback and take necessary steps in improving quality of service.
     
  • Keep records of all necessary documents and expenditures and generated revenue to ensure budget is not exceeded.

  • Maintain the standard and level of services as requested by the management from time to time.
     
  • Report any maintenance faults, get quotations and all must be approved by the management.

  • Maintain roster but needs to be approved by the Overall floor Operations Supervisors.
     
  • Focus on training and development.

  • Monitor wastages records & quality control.
     
  • Monitor temperature records.

  • Reconcile Cash Tills with Management approval.
     
  • Make sure you hold all necessary information on your staff.
