Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism

Present menus, recommend dishes and beverages, and suggest upselling opportunities

Take and serve food and beverage orders efficiently

Ensure guest satisfaction and handle requests promptly

Support bar operations, including cocktail preparation

Maintain a clean, organized, and elegant service area

Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth service

Assist in opening/closing procedures of the restaurant and bar

Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards

Knowledge or experience in banqueting and functions will be considered a great asset

Prior experience in a 5-star hotel or upscale restaurant/bar

Strong communication skills and professional presentation

Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Team player with attention to detail and strong work ethic

Punctual, reliable, and flexible with shifts, including evenings and weekends

Knowledge of wine, cocktails, spirits, beer, and coffee highly desirable
