As a Front Desk Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, providing assistance both face-to-face and over the phone while delivering a professional and welcoming experience.
This is a full-time position based on a 40-hour work week, operating on a roster between Monday and Saturday. Successful candidates will be assigned to locations across North, Central, and South Malta, with every effort made to place you at a site close to your residence.
As part of our Front Desk and Contact Centre team, you'll play an important role in supporting customers with their enquiries and ensuring every interaction is handled with professionalism, efficiency, and care.
What You'll Be Doing
- Welcome and assist customers at the front desk.
- Respond to customer enquiries and provide accurate information.
- Handle complaints professionally and work towards effective resolutions.
- Provide administrative support and maintain accurate records.
- Deliver exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone.
- Follow company procedures while meeting quality and service standards.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team objectives
- Fluency in both Maltese and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office. An ECDL certificate will be considered an asset.
- A positive attitude with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Availability to work morning shifts.
