

HR ADMINISTRATOR
We are expanding our team and are currently seeking a highly organised and detail oriented HR Administrator to join our growing organisation.
This is a full time position ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, understands compliance, and is confident handling documentation, recruitment coordination, and payroll support.
• Manage applications in Identita and engagements through Jobsplus
• Handle recruitment administration and coordinate interviews
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance documentation is complete
• Support onboarding and termination processes
• Assist in payroll preparation and related HR reporting
• Liaise with employees regarding HR queries
• Ensure adherence to Maltese employment regulations and company policies
• Previous experience in HR administration or a similar role
• Familiar with Identita and Jobsplus processes and local employment regulations
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• High level of confidentiality and professionalism
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems, Shireburn Indigo
• Excellent communication skills in English
