SOTTOZERO The Gelato Factory 

<ul>
<li>Manage applications in Identita and engagements through Jobsplus</li>
<li>Handle recruitment administration and coordinate interviews</li>
<li>Maintain employee records and ensure compliance documentation is complete</li>
<li>Support onboarding and termination processes</li>
<li>Assist in payroll preparation and related HR reporting</li>
<li>Liaise with employees regarding HR queries</li>
<li>Ensure adherence to Maltese employment regulations and company policies</li>
</ul>

Main tasks and responsibilities

<li>Previous experience in HR administration or a similar role</li>
<li>Familiar with Identita and Jobsplus processes and local employment regulations</li>
<li>Strong organisational and time management skills</li>
<li>High level of confidentiality and professionalism</li>
<li>Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems, Shireburn Indigo</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills in English</li>
