Kitchen Porter

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the kitchen.
• Wash and sanitise dishes, utensils, equipment, and kitchen surfaces.
• Assist the kitchen team with basic food preparation and general duties.
• Ensure kitchen areas, storage rooms, and equipment are kept clean and organised.
• Assist with receiving and storing deliveries.
• Handle kitchen waste and ensure proper disposal.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures.
• Support chefs and other kitchen colleagues whenever required.

• Previous experience in a kitchen, hotel, or catering environment is considered an asset.
• Good knowledge of cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Reliable, hardworking, and well organised.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
