Logistics Clerk
The Logistics Clerk is responsible to perform the day-to-day duties related to the logistics department including process all the necessary documentation to register cars.
Perform day to day duties to the Logistics Department such as:
To process the necessary documents to release vehicles from the customs.
To process online payments to the Customs Department.
To process any vehicle transfers with Transport Malta.
To open vehicle consignments and ensure that all documents are collected and uploaded using Therefore.
To submit Customs and NSO declarations on time.
Assist colleagues and superiors as required to ensure that end of month deadlines are met
Excellent communication skills and inter-personal skill and able to maintain good relationship with your peers.
Be highly organised and meticulous.
Have an eye for detail and an ability to relate well to people.
Be able to work in a team.
Driving Licence (B, B1)
Fluent in Maltese is a must
ECDL Qualification or equivalent
Previous experience in a similar position will be considered as an asset though training will be given to the right candidate.
