Prestige Fitness Malta is looking for a qualified and professional Massage Therapist to join our growing health, fitness and recovery team.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping clients reduce muscular tension, improve recovery and enhance their overall wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional massage treatments tailored to each client’s needs.
• Conduct brief client consultations before every treatment.
• Offer treatments such as sports massage, deep-tissue massage, relaxation massage and recovery-focused therapy.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness and professionalism.
• Manage appointments and provide excellent customer service.
• Work closely with our personal trainers and recovery team when appropriate.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with members and clients.

Requirements

• Recognised massage therapy qualification or certification.
• Previous professional experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of sports massage and muscular recovery is considered an asset.
• Professional, reliable and client-focused attitude.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Legally eligible to work in Malta.
