Role Overview
The QA Manager will take ownership of the company’s quality systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards. The role involves overseeing quality processes, maintaining documentation, and supporting continuous improvement across operations. This is a full-time position and plays a key role in maintaining product quality and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Quality Systems Oversight: Support and manage the implementation and maintenance of quality systems across the organisation.
  
• Documentation Management: Oversee the creation, review, and control of quality-related documentation and procedures.
  
• Compliance & Standards: Ensure adherence to applicable regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies.
  
• Audits & Inspections: Assist in coordinating internal and external audits and support follow-up actions where required.
  
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve quality processes and drive best practices across departments.
  
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment on quality objectives and standards.
  
• Issue Resolution: Support the investigation and resolution of quality-related issues in a timely and effective manner.

Qualifications, Skills, and Attributes

• Education: Relevant qualification in Quality, Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  
• Experience: Previous experience within a quality assurance role, ideally in a regulated environment.
  
• Language Skills: Working fluency in English.
  
• Communication Skills: Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
  
• Interpersonal Skills: Able to build relationships and support a quality-driven culture.
  
• Technical Skills: Solid understanding of quality systems, documentation, and compliance frameworks.
  
• Organisation: Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  
• Self-Motivated: Demonstrates initiative, ownership, and a proactive approach to work.
  
• Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset with the ability to identify issues and implement solutions.
