We are currently looking for a Servers to join our team at the db San Antonio Resort & Spa.

Job Role
- Greet and serve guests, ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere.
- Take orders for food and beverages, providing guests with recommendations and answering any questions about the menu.
- Ensure that all food and beverages are served in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of the area, including towels, chairs, and tables.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, particularly in regards to food and beverage service.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure efficient service and guest satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of orders and payments.
Job Requirements
- Previous experience in a food and beverage service role, preferably in a resort environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to anticipate guests' needs.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Must be currently residing in Malta.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
