Business Administration and Tourism Apprenticeship - Hamburg

In 2022, VistaJet GmbH became part of Vista Global Holding (Vista) - the world’s largest On Demand provider, with a Members’ fleet of over 360 aircraft, over 4,000 aviation experts and 25 offices around the world. Vista integrates a unique portfolio of brands offering asset-light solutions to cover all key aspects of private flights.

VistaJet GmbH is based in Hamburg with 620 permanent staff, and operating a business jet fleet of currently 42 private aircraft with worldwide operations. VistaJet GmbH also has further industry-related business units with Vista Aircraft Maintenance at Baden-Baden Airport and Vista Executive Handling at the Hamburg location.

We are looking for students to join our Business Administration or Tourism Apprenticeship at our Hamburg headquarters now.

Main tasks and responsibilities

General clerical work and data entry
Writing and checking invoices and preparing order confirmations
Correspondence in German and English language
Organisation of daily office operations
For the area of Tourism; booking flights for our crews, overviewing the crew schedule and communicating with crews on a regular basis

Educational and skill requirements

Excellent school-leaving certificate or A-levels
Excellent IT skills and a confident handling of MS Office
Fluent written and spoken in both German and English
Another foreign language besides English is an advantage
Professional manners and strong communication skills
High flexibility and maximum creativity
Excellent organisational and coordination skills
