Full time - Contact Centre Agents (Maltese Speaking)

The Call Centre Agents will be mainly assisting customers over the phone with every query related to any service the business provides. We require Maltese & English for these particular sections.

Our Call Centre operates Monday to Sunday, however we have various sections with different schedule. One would work 5 days a week, being morning, afternoon or evening depending on the section yu will be recruited for.

Rosters are always issued at least 2 weeks in advance giving you the flexibility to plan your commitments outside work. Ideal candidates will be working on a full-time indefinite basis.

Other duties and responsibilities:

• Handling incoming calls; with the possibility of handling emails and live chat in the future if the section permits. 
• Communicate to Team Leaders all relevant customer feedback to facilitate ongoing improvements in our service quality and customer experience
• Dealing with customer complaints in a professional manner
• Any other tasks as assigned by the Team Leader

What are the right skills for this role?

• Technical skills: familiar with knowledge of Microsoft Office programs such as Excel and Word.
• Fluency in English and Maltese (both languages are a must)
• Good sales and/or customer service skills from previous job experience
• Excellent communication skills – written & spoken in the required language
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good team player with ability to build and maintain strong relationships
• Word processing skills be able to type 30 WPM.
