Call Centre Agents (Night Shifts & Weekends)

Centrecom is starting a journey with a new Client, so we are looking for candidates to join us either full- or part-time as of the end of October.

Operating hours for this section are as follow:

Monday to Friday 20:00-08:00
Saturday 13:00 - 00:00
Sunday & Public holidays all day 24hours.

This is a great opportunity for those looking for a part-time job.

Our in-house trainers will provide the necessary training and we normally plan this during the evening.

The night shift allowance is applicable as well as the luxury to work from home.

It is also mandatory that candidates speak both Maltese and English.

Educational and skill requirements

Fluency of both Maltese and English;
Experience in customer care is required.
Proficiency in the tools of the trade, including Outlook 365, Word, and Excel;
Exceptional organisational skills and a knack for problem-solving;
Confidence in your ability to bring joy to our customers and help keep our operations running like well-oiled machines;
The ability to tackle tasks with initiative and creativity, always ready to seize opportunities and make things happen;
