HR Officer

We are looking for a HR Officer to join our team to support in general HR duties, more specifically focusing on Talent Acquisition, on a full-time basis. Our workforce is diverse, and we value strength of personality and the right fit for our culture.

Main tasks and responsibilities

Supporting the recruitment process specifically on attracting, sourcing and recruiting candidates and handling of work permits for TCNs
Assisting in the day-to-day operations of the HR functions by maintaining existing HR processes and procedures
Assisting in HR Reports and manage HR Analytics
Supporting employees in various HR queries in a prompt and efficient manner
Assisting in the maintenance of the HR Management System
Any other ad hoc administrative duties required for the department

Educational and skill requirements

At least 1-2 years’ experience working in Human Resources
Degree or Diploma in Business Management or Human Resources considered an asset
Excellent organisation and communication skills
A sound knowledge of IT applications
Proficient in the use of both Maltese and English languages.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build good relationships
The ability to multi-task when under pressure, whilst maintaining accuracy
An inquisitive mind and eagerness to learn
An ability to exercise sensitivity and confidentiality and must be able to act with discretion
