•  Plan, coordinate, and oversee the delivery of professional services, ensuring projects and client engagements are completed on time and to a high standard.  
• Lead, supervise, and develop professional services teams while allocating resources and monitoring operational performance.  
• Manage client relationships, budgets, contracts, and service delivery to achieve business objectives and maintain customer satisfaction.  
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, organisational policies, quality standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.
