Manager, Research And Development

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee research and development projects from concept through implementation.  
• Lead and supervise R&D teams, allocating resources and supporting innovation, collaboration, and technical excellence.  
• Manage project budgets, timelines, research activities, and product or process development to achieve organisational objectives.  
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, quality standards, intellectual property policies, and health and safety procedures.
