Operations & Logistics Coordinator

M Stream Ltd. is looking for an experienced and motivated *Operations & Logistics Coordinator* to join our team and take responsibility for the day-to-day management of our operations.

We are seeking someone with a strong background in *logistics and transport, including experience in **container loading and export logistics*, who can independently organize daily activities and ensure our operations run efficiently.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate daily collection and transport operations.
• Organize customer collections and vehicle schedules.
• Prepare employee rosters and allocate daily tasks.
• Coordinate container loading and export logistics.
• Liaise with customers, drivers, suppliers, and recycling facilities.
• Monitor daily activities and resolve operational issues.
• Maintain accurate operational and loading documentation.
• Assist with on-site activities and driving when required.

What We Are Looking For

• Previous experience in logistics, transport, or a similar operational role.
• Practical experience in container loading and export logistics.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of daily operations.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to drive.
• Ability to work between office and operational sites.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Experience in waste management or recycling is an advantage but not essential.
