About the Function
The Due Diligence Function protects the interests of consumers and investors by centralising integrity checks on persons and entities licenced by the Authority. The Due Diligence coordinates actively with other local and foreign authoritative bodies to share information as well as experiences and training. Within this context, the Function plays an important role in determining approved individuals’ fitness and properness as well as the reputation of current and prospective licence holders.
