Travel Agent
Air Atlanta is looking for a Travel Agent. The department handles travel bookings for staff members who work around the world.
We are seeking individual with experience, great customer service and preferably knowledge of the Amedeus booking system to join the company's group of travel agents.
The department has a 24h operation, working in 12-hour shifts on a 2-2-3 shift system.
Main tasks and responsibilities
- Planning and booking travel and accommodations
Educational and skill requirements
- Travel agent experience
- Very good English skills
- Very good general computer skills
- Strong customer service
- Knowledge of Amadeus booking system is a plus
- Knowledge of Navision is a plus
- Good communication skills and drive
