Chef de Partie

In Malta, the Marvin Gauci Group operates Caviar & Bull Restaurant St. Julians, Caviar & Bull Restaurant Valletta, Sole Seabar by Tarragon Restaurant and Don Royale Restaurant.

We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Chef de Partie to join our dynamic culinary team.

Working closely with our Head Chef, you will play a key role within an established and professional kitchen brigade across our award-winning restaurants. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated chef who thrives in a high-quality, fast-paced environment and is eager to grow within a leading hospitality group.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a high-volume, upscale restaurant environment is highly desirable
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations
  • Energetic, professional, and positive personality
  • Good command of spoken English
