The conductor of this opera is Marvin Gauci, one of the major exponents of the local food industry. Sole, Seabar by Tarragon is a successor set to take the Tarragon legacy, which dates back to 2007, to new heights with a menu that prioritises local fresh fish and resources, each dish an elegant, luxurious touch. Complemented by an exclusive cocktail and wine list, all bearing the creative imprint of Marvin Gauci Stunning dining is matched by stunning sea views from every table, with a lounge-bar area for those who want to take their time savouring the cocktails. Don Royale, an authentic Italian experience. Our menu offers a vast selection of gourmet comfort food with an extended pizza menu which includes our famous charcoal dough. The dishes are prepared to order by genuine, Italian chefs, and our wines are specially curated to match the delicious dishes.

Chef de Partie
In Malta, the Marvin Gauci Group operates Caviar & Bull Restaurant St. Julians, Caviar & Bull Restaurant Valletta, Sole Seabar by Tarragon Restaurant and Don Royale Restaurant.
We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Chef de Partie to join our dynamic culinary team.
Working closely with our Head Chef, you will play a key role within an established and professional kitchen brigade across our award-winning restaurants. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated chef who thrives in a high-quality, fast-paced environment and is eager to grow within a leading hospitality group.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a high-volume, upscale restaurant environment is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations
- Energetic, professional, and positive personality
- Good command of spoken English
