Chef de Partie

IV Caterers is looking for a passionate and reliable Chef de Partie to join our team.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years’ experience
Good command of English
Maltese is considered an asset
Own transport
Reliable and a strong team player
Genuine passion for cooking

Hours: 10–15 hours per week
Schedule: Mornings only

Educational and skill requirements

A culinary qualification is preferred but not essential, provided the applicant has at least three years’ professional kitchen experience. Strong food preparation, cooking, kitchen organisation, hygiene, time-management and teamwork skills are required. Good spoken English is essential; Maltese is considered an asset.
