Role Overview
Our Client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented CRM Officer to join its Retention team. This role is pivotal in supporting the planning, coordination, and delivery of CRM campaigns across multiple channels. Working closely with stakeholders such as Casino and Sports Managers, CRM Strategists, and Marketing teams, the CRM Officer will help boost customer engagement, conversion, and loyalty. The position requires strong organisational skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Monitoring: Carry out daily checks on campaign plans and ensure all live promotions are functioning correctly.
- Player Rewards: Manage the manual crediting of player accounts following qualification for specific promotions.
- Content Updates: Regularly update website content, including sliders and promotional pages, to ensure current and accurate information.
- CRM Execution: Set up and execute operational CRM activities, including newsletters, SMS, push notifications, and inbox messages.
- Promotion Creation: Build and configure promotional activities such as Free Spins, Free Bets, Promo Codes, and Tournaments through back-office systems.
- Calendar Management: Maintain an up-to-date promotions and customer communications calendar for assigned brands.
- Customer Support Liaison: Manage escalations from Customer Service regarding promotions and provide timely resolutions.
Qualifications, Skills, and Attributes
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: Prior exposure to online Sports or Casino operations would be advantageous.
- Language Skills: Excellent command of English is required to succeed in this role. The ability to communicate in French or Dutch would be an asset.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Interpersonal Skills: A reliable team player with a cooperative mindset and a proactive approach.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of HTML is considered a plus, alongside experience with CRM tools and platforms.
- Organisation: Excellent time management, attention to detail, and ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
- Self-Motivated: A driven individual who embraces continuous learning and demonstrates initiative.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solutions-focused attitude.
