Role Overview
Our Client is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join its Digital Marketing Acquisitions Team. The role is focused on enabling data-driven marketing decisions by analysing acquisition performance, monitoring trends, and uncovering opportunities for improvement. Through reporting, campaign analysis, and dashboard management, the Marketing Optimisation Specialist will provide actionable insights that enhance marketing efficiency, maximise ROI, and support the Client’s international growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Performance Analysis: Report, review, and interpret acquisition campaign data using GA4, Power BI, and media platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager. Track and monitor KPIs including CPA, CTR, conversion rates, and ROI.
• Optimisation & Strategy: Identify underperforming campaigns, propose improvements, and produce detailed post-campaign analysis to evaluate results against objectives. Suggest optimisation strategies based on learnings and forecast outcomes using market data.
• Insights & Trends: Provide insights into customer behaviour, acquisition trends, and competitor performance to support strategic decision-making and guide future initiatives.
• Data Accuracy & Attribution: Identify and report discrepancies across data platforms, ensuring integrity and reliability in marketing reporting. Act as the guardian of attribution settings and modelling for consistent performance measurement.
• Tracking & Dashboards: Review GA4 mappings, conduct audits of campaign tracking setups, and prepare trend analysis reports. Improve and maintain Power BI and Data Studio dashboards, collaborating with analytics teams to design and implement new features.

Qualifications, Skills, and Attributes

• Education: A degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience: 2–5 years’ experience in marketing analytics, performance marketing, or a similar role, ideally within digital-first industries.
• Language Skills: Excellent command of English is required to succeed in this role.
• Communication Skills: Ability to explain complex data findings clearly to diverse audiences and produce insightful reports.
• Interpersonal Skills: Collaborative approach with strong teamwork and relationship-building skills.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in GA4, Power BI, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and familiarity with platforms such as Semrush and SimilarWeb. Knowledge of data visualisation techniques and attribution modelling is essential.
• Organisation: Strong ability to prioritise tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Self-Motivated: Driven, proactive, and adaptable, with the ability to work independently and in hybrid/remote settings.
• Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify issues, and recommend effective solutions.
