Role Overview

This exciting role offers an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious lawyer to join a dynamic team and gain valuable experience in constitutional, real estate, civil, and commercial litigation, as well as arbitration. Key Responsibilities

• Case Management: Handle a varied caseload, from initial client consultation to final resolution.
• Legal Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis to provide sound legal advice and develop effective litigation strategies in constitutional law, real estate, civil & commercial litigation, and arbitration.
• Drafting and Advocacy: Prepare persuasive legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs, and represent clients in court proceedings.
• Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients, keeping them informed about the progress of their cases and addressing any concerns.
• Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues within the litigation team and across other practice areas to provide comprehensive legal services.

Qualifications, Skills and Attributes

• Legal Expertise: Possess a strong academic background and a warrant in law and at least two years of post-qualification experience in litigation.
• Language skills: Full proficiency in spoken and written Maltese and English.
• Analytical Skills: Demonstrate exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify key legal issues and develop effective solutions.
• Communication Skills: Articulate complex legal concepts clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
• Attention to Detail: Exhibit meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
• Drive and Enthusiasm: Show a genuine passion for litigation and a strong desire to learn and grow within the legal profession.
