Personal Assistant to the CEO (Maternity Cover)
On behalf of our client, a leading company experienced in platform engineering, software delivery, and cloud strategy, we are looking for a Personal Assistant to the CEO (Maternity Cover), to be based at their offices in Nicosia, Cyprus.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manages and coordinates the CEO’s schedule, including meetings, appointments, rescheduling requests, out-of-office, and liaising with external parties for meeting scheduling
- Acts as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO, screening and directing phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
- Prepares, reviews, and edits reports, presentations, and other documents to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality and accuracy
- Organizes and prepares for meetings, including drafting agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring follow-up on action items
- Arranges detailed domestic and international travel plans, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries
- Handles filing, data management, and other administrative duties for the company’s offices in Nicosia and London to operate efficiently
- Assists in planning and coordinating company events, including logistics, catering, and guest arrangements
- Provides comprehensive support for various projects, including research, data analysis, and report generation
- Proactively identifies and addresses issues, offering practical solutions to administrative and operational challenges.
Job Requirements:
- Excellent Academic Record
- Fluent in English, in both verbal and written form
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role, preferably supporting a high-level executive
- Experience with Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Calendar) or alternatively proficient in the Microsoft Office suite
- Experience with enterprise messaging tools (Teams, Slack)
- Ability to travel abroad, if requested
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
- Strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and maintain meticulous attention to detail
- Professional demeanor with the ability to interact effectively with the CEO, staff, and external partners.
