BREAKFAST CHEF

We are currently seeking a talented and passionate Breakfast Chef to join our team.

As a Breakfast Chef, you will be responsible for creating delicious and memorable breakfast experiences for guests. Your culinary expertise and attention to detail will play a vital role in ensuring guests start their day with exceptional flavors and exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing and cooking breakfast.
• Take control of the breakfast service and ensure guests receive a truly delicious and memorable breakfast.
• Set up and clean down the kitchen after breakfast.
• Ensure the kitchen is kept clean and hygienic at all times.
• Ensure all savory and sweet dishes are always freshly prepared and on time.
• Ensure all dishes are prepared to the correct recipe and to the correct quantity.

Requirements:

• Familiar with HACCP Standards and Health & Safety Regulations as stipulated by law.
• A good standard of education, preferably an ITS graduate.
• Possess high standards of cooking techniques.
• Has a minimum of 2 years' working experience in a similar position.
