Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Marketing Campaigns: Contribute to the planning and delivery of marketing activities throughout the year, supporting commercial objectives and wider business development efforts.
• Digital Content: Prepare engaging written, visual and multimedia material for the Company's online platforms, including social media, email communications, digital advertising and web content.
• Video Production: Produce video material from initial recording through to editing, adapting content for different social platforms and online audiences.
• Website and Search Visibility: Help maintain and improve the Company's online presence, keeping website content current while applying SEO practices and identifying opportunities to enhance the visitor journey.
• Performance Analysis: Track marketing activity across relevant channels, interpret key results and prepare insights that can help improve future initiatives.
• Market Intelligence: Research industry developments, audience trends and competitor activity to provide useful information for marketing and commercial planning.
• Brand Management: Help safeguard a consistent professional identity across communications, campaigns, digital platforms and promotional material.
• Marketing Materials: Organise the preparation and circulation of corporate and promotional collateral, ensuring materials are accurate, professional and aligned with the Company's brand.
• Internal Communications: Contribute to employee-facing communications and initiatives that strengthen the Company's positioning as an employer.
• Events and Partnerships: Support the organisation of business events, professional networking opportunities and sponsored activities, assisting with coordination before, during and after each initiative.
• External Coordination: Liaise with third-party service providers, creative partners and other external contacts involved in delivering marketing projects.
• Marketing Resources: Keep marketing records, contact databases, media files and other digital resources structured, accurate and readily accessible.

Qualifications, Skills and Attributes

• Education: A degree, diploma or comparable qualification in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing or another relevant discipline is required.
• Experience: At least three years of relevant professional experience within marketing, communications or a closely related position.
• Language Skills: Excellent command of English is required to succeed in this role, particularly for producing and refining written content. The ability to communicate in Maltese would be an asset.
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with the confidence to prepare clear, engaging and professional material for different audiences and platforms.
• Interpersonal Skills: A collaborative approach with the ability to build effective working relationships with colleagues, suppliers, agencies and other external stakeholders.
• Technical Skills: Good knowledge of digital marketing practices, SEO and website administration, together with practical experience using WordPress, social media management platforms and Microsoft Office. Familiarity with creative software such as Figma or applications within Adobe Creative Suite would be advantageous.
• Content Creation: Comfortable developing marketing content in different formats, with the ability to undertake basic design work as well as record and edit video material.
• Organisation: Excellent planning abilities and attention to detail, with the capacity to coordinate several assignments simultaneously while maintaining quality standards.
• Self-Motivated: A proactive and dependable individual who takes ownership of tasks and is equally comfortable contributing independently or within a team.
• Problem-Solving: Able to respond constructively to changing requirements, prioritise competing demands and find practical solutions while working within agreed timelines.
